How to successfully take the course

1. How do I register for the course

Click Register/Sign up.
Make sure you fill in the right details and click Submit or Register.

2. What happens after I have registered or Signed up?

Once you have correctly fill the registration form and click Submit, you are automatically taken to the Profile Page

3. How do I access the course after registration

a. Click Courses on the Menu bar
b. Click Read more
Click Start Now

4. How do I take assessment or Quiz

At the end of each module is the assessment or Quiz.
The Passing Grade for Each Quiz or assessment is 75%
The Overall Passing Grade is 75%

5. How do I get my certificate after successfully completing the Course

Make sure you click the Finish Course Button after successfully completing the course.
NOTE: If you do not click the button, the Download icon for the Certificate will not appear.

6. What happens if I don't fill my Registration form Correctly

Please make sure you fill your name on the registration form exactly the way you want it to appear on the Certificate.

7. What happens if I use up all my retakes.

You can either register with another email address to start all over again or simply reach out to us via 08130033177. Please chats only!

8. What happens if I have lost my certificate

You can always go back to your dashboard and download another copy.

9. How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot Your Password Option Or chat us up on 08130033177(8am to 9pm). Chat only please.
